Patient Email Communication

As part of HIPAA we are required to send encrypted email anytime we send patient information via email. This is NOT required when using the MyChart portal.

First you will receive an email asking you to register for the secure email service.

Visit the link and fill in your information through the registration page.

Then when the Peak Pediatrics providers and or staff send you an email, you will receive a notice to visit the secure email website.

The secure email website works much like most typical email clients.
